Ruby Package – Ceremony Only
Up to 2 hours total coverage,
beginning 30 minutes before the ceremony.
Single camera coverage in Standard
Definition of the
ceremony using professional digital equipment, a single
professional wireless microphone on the groom, and an
experienced camera operator.
Opening titles added, and one Basic
DVD (no chapter stops) of the final result.

Sapphire Package – Ceremony and
Reception
Ceremony coverage as described in
the Ruby Package above.

Coverage of the first portion of the
reception (typically the first 2 to 2 1/2 hours,)
bringing the day's coverage to a total of up to 5 hours
on location (beginning 30 minutes before the ceremony),
at a maximum of two locations.
Opening titles for the video, plus
light "clean-up" editing to adjust audio levels, etc.
One Basic DVD (no chapter stops) of
the finished video.

Cost: $795
Important: In order to offer
professional coverage at these low prices, there are
some trade-offs. Here they are:

Ruby and Sapphire packages can be
booked no more than 3 months in advance of the event
date.

All video is captured in Standard
Definition 4:3 aspect ratio (regular TV.) Widescreen
or High Definition are NOT available as
options.

Travel within a 40 mile radius of
Petaluma is included. There will be an additional
travel charge for locations outside of this radius.

Ceremony coverage includes a single
wireless microphone on the groom. All other audio
(readers, music, reception, toasts, etc) will be captured through an
on-camera microphone.

The entire amount (plus California
sales tax) is due on signing of the agreement.
